What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There are certain things we consider when returns are sent in.

The product must have been bought directly from our Online Shop, or one of our own stores. If you bought the product through a third party, please speak to them about your return, as they may have their own policy. 

The product must be returned within its return period and returned to the same store or webstore you bought it from. If you bought the product from the Online Shop, please return it there. Please see the online Terms and Conditions. If you bought the product at a store, you can return it to any store in the country you bought it in. 

If you return the product to a store, you need to have a proof of purchase with you.

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel must have the original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box.

Below products are excluded from returns:

  • Customised and personalised products, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Toiletries, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Samples.
