Is it possible to lose points and do they expire?

When an item is returned, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account. As a result, you may move to the previous level if the current point accumulation goes below the threshold of your current level.

All points expire one year after earning them. A notification is sent 20 days before the points expire. If the points expire, you may be downgraded to the level below your current status (e.g. from Premier to Insider).
