How will I get my refund?

We’ll send you an email once we receive your order to confirm we have it. After that, returns to our online shop are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Our quality assurance team inspects the returns to make sure they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. If they do, you will be refunded through the same payment method and currency you used to purchase your order.
It takes 1 - 2 additional calendar days to make the refund to your bank account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a little longer to apply the credit to your account.
You can either get your refund as a store gift card, or you can exchange your product. If you bought your order with a store gift card it can only be refunded as a gift card.
If your return is related to a damage claim, you will be contacted once your claim has been validated. When this happens return to the store to receive the refund.
