What is your holiday return policy?

Holiday shopping is stressful enough, so we’ve extended our Exchange & Return period to January 15th, 2021 to give you peace of mind and flexibility with your purchases. All reebok.ca orders from November 15th until December 25th, 2020 are eligible.

Some items such as hype or exclusive items may still be final sale or have limited timeframe returns. For hygiene purposes, one-piece swimsuits, bikini bottoms, swim trunks, underwear, toiletries, and samples are final sale. The individual item return period, if different, will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

If you purchased at one of our own retail stores or through another retailer, please return to the original place of purchase to request a refund.

What is the return policy for Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases?

Take advantage of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Cyber Week, and Boxing Day deals worry-free as these orders are still eligible for our Holiday Returns extension to January 15th, 2021.

Can I exchange my Black Friday purchase?

Yes! We offer size exchanges for the same product. If one of your holiday items doesn’t fit, simply log in and view your Order History, or visit the Order Tracker page, to start your free size exchange.

If the exact item is no longer available (i.e. your desired size is out of stock in the original colour purchased), please call or chat with us for further assistance and to request a price match.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we do not offer branded gift wrap or other gift-wrapping services.

I’m shipping directly to my gift recipient – will they see the price on the invoice in the box?

We are committed to being an environmentally conscious company, and as such we do not include paper receipts/invoices with our shipments. We will email you a copy of your order information, which is also available at any time online with the Order Tracker page using your Order # and email address. If you’re already logged into your account, you can view your order history on the ‘My Account’ page.
