Do YourReebok products qualify for free shipping?
All YourReebok products require the customer to pay for shipping. Customized products have a shipping fee of $14.99.


How long does it take for my YourReebok order to be delivered from the date it was ordered?
Custom orders typically take 3 - 5 weeks to create and deliver. On occasions individual model deliver times can change. Custom shoes ship via FedEx (signature required) and will arrive separately from other items. We are not able to ship orders internationally or to PO Boxes. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order. Once orders are placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

What products are available for customization?
Most major shoe franchises across our key categories are available for customization. (Reebok CrossFit, Training, Walking, Classics, etc.) To learn more click here

Can you return a YourReebok product?
YourReebok products are custom made for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for custom shoes.

Warranty claims for YourReebok products?
Please contact our customer service team for all YourReebok warranty claims. All YourReebok products are covered by warranty for the first 6 months. To help accelerate the process, please include several photographs of the damage or defective YourReebok product when emailing our customer warranty team.
