Can I exchange my product(s)?

At Reebok, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our shoes on the street or the court, or our apparel in the studio or on the field, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, you can exchange your new and unused purchase for a different size within 30 days by following the instructions below. *Some restrictions apply.

Visit the Order Tracker OR login to My Account and view the details of your order, then click Exchange Size.

Select the item(s) you want to exchange, then select an exchange reason and your desired size.

Click Exchange Selected Item(s) and follow the instructions to print a UPS shipping label.

Attach shipping label to the box and cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box.

A new exchange order will be created for the size you selected. Your exchange order is valid for 10 days; therefore, you will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within that timeframe*. Unfortunately tracking information on your exchange order won't be available from, please call us at 1-855-218-6554 if you need assistance checking on your exchange order status. 


*If you do not drop your return item(s) off within 10 days, your exchange order will be cancelled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once your return has been processed at our distribution center.



 This policy refers to size exchanges only. does not price match. We are unable to exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than Please return the product to the original retailer.

Please note to utilize free exchanges on, the package must be sent physically from within Canada.


Can I exchange for a different item?

At this time, we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size. If you would like to receive a different item or colour instead, please return your item through our returns process for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.


Purchases from an Reebok store

Items purchased from an Reebok store can only be exchanged at the same store. 

Items ordered in an Reebok store to be delivered to your home

If you placed an order within one of our stores, this is considered an online order. Please follow the same procedure detailed above for exchanges.
