Can I cancel my online order?

We are sorry you want to cancel your order, but we get it – sometimes you change your mind! For this reason, we hold all orders for a period of about 15 minutes after they have been placed to allow time for you to cancel the order for any reason.

If you no longer want part, or all, of your order for any reason, there are 3 ways to request a cancellation:

  1. Login to your account and view your ORDER HISTORY. If within the timeframe, the CANCEL button will be available. Click and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
  1. Without logging in, use the ORDER TRACKER to view your order. If within the timeframe, the CANCEL button will be available. Click and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
  2. Within our business hours, call Customer Service at 1-855-218-6554 to request your cancellation. If within the timeframe, one of our team members will be happy to process your request.

We are pleased to now offer size exchanges if the size you ordered wasn’t quite right. You can read all the details on our exchange policy here.

If you want to change any of the following, we recommend cancelling your order and re-purchasing, as we are unable to edit these details on an existing order:

  • Shipping method
  • Payment details
  • Shipping or Billing address
  • Item quantity

If you forgot something, simply place a new order for the missing item(s). We are unable to add articles to an existing order.
