Road to Regionals: Meet team JaktRX RED
The time has finally come for the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Regionals! On May 13th, the top athletes around the world will begin their 3-day journey and compete to qualify for The Games.
For us Canadians, the fun begins on May 20th when Canada West athletes make their way to Portland, OR and compete alongside our American neighbours. For the Canada East athletes, Regionals will be the weekend of May 27-29th in Albany, NY. The top 40 women, 40 men and 30 teams will compete for one of the top 5 spots and their place at the 2016 Games happening in July.
In the spirit of Regionals, we want to introduce you to team JaktRX Red!
First place finishers in the 2016 Open for the Canada East Teams division, JaktRX Red will be representing their Reebok CrossFit East Woodbridge community in less than 3 weeks at the East Regionals in Albany! Although it is their first Regionals appearance as a Team, these Athletes are true CrossFit veterans and have more than 20 past Regionals appearances between the 6 of them.
