What is your holiday return policy?

Our standard returns policy of 30 days still applies to Christmas or holiday purchases. Some items such as hype or exclusive items may be final sale or have limited time-frame returns. The individual item return period will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

For hygiene purposes, one-piece swimsuits, bikini bottoms, swim trunks, underwear, toiletries, and samples are final sale.

For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be purchased on our Online Shop.
  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel must have the original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box with both shoes in a pair returned.


If you purchased at one of our own retail stores or through another retailer, please return to the original place of purchase to request a refund.
