Why do I have to wear a uniform?

Our goal is to provide a professional, friendly and clean club for our Members. We need you to take pride in how you look 100% of the time to reflect our high level of professionalism to our Members and prospects.

Uniform Policy


All GoodLife associates must have a new Reebok uniform by February 1, 2015. This is an extension from the previously communicated date of October 1, 2014. Please ensure that you have your new uniform by February 1, 2015 as the previous adidas uniforms will not be allowed past this date.


Why did GoodLife decide to go with Reebok as our uniform supplier?


We as a company have made the decision to have Reebok as the main provider for our Associate uniform program. This decision was made because Reebok is able to capture our vision of having our Associates look ‘sporty professional’ while providing us the lowest cost for a great quality product. All of the feedback that we have received has provided us with great insight about what is important to the majority of our Associates. Thank you for your feedback; we have been able to determine that what is important to you is the cost, style and availability of product.

Reebok’s global positioning is ‘the fitness brand’. Reebok has partnered with other leading fitness initiatives such as Crossfit, Spartan, Fairmount Fit, canfitpro and Les Mills. As leader in the fitness industry within Canada, it made more sense for GoodLife to be a part of the Reebok community

How long will it take to receive my uniform after ordering?

Standard shipping: 1-5 days in transit, your order will ship the same or next business day.

Can the uniform be shipped to my home?
Yes! Please remember that someone must be present when your uniform is delivered by UPS. If UPS tries to deliver 3 times without success, your order will be sent back to Reebok and their customer serviced team will contact you to confirm the shipping address and/or return the order. If you are not guaranteed to be home, we strongly recommend that you use the Club address as someone will always be working to receive it on your behalf. If you need to know the specifics of your Club address, please log onto CARE and on the main screen, click on “Club Address and Managers” and find your Club.



What do I do if I don’t have a credit card?
Orders can only be processed online by credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, you will need to contact someone close to you who would allow you to use their credit card.


How do I use my “Patch Bucks” or “Mo Money” to purchase my uniform?
How to use Patch Bucks and Mo Money for Associate Uniforms

  1. When you order your uniform, you will have to make your purchase via credit card. You will not be able to use Patch Bucks or Mo Money to pay for your uniform on the Reebok website.


  1. When you receive your uniform, complete all fields of the Patch Bucks Mo Money Reimbursement Form location on GoodLife Connect (Home > Shared Documents > Forms And Templates > Patch Bucks - Mo Money)



  1. Attach a copy of the receipt as proof of payment and the original Patch Bucks/ Mo Money. Remember to complete the back of the Patch Bucks with your name and club number.

Please Note: Your Patch Bucks/ Mo Money is applicable only to the purchase of the staff uniform. You cannot apply your Patch Bucks/ Mo Money to other non-uniform Reebok items.


  1. Send the completed Patch Bucks/ Mo Money Reimbursement form, copy of receipt and Patch Bucks/ Mo Money in your clubs daily mail bag to: Attention: Payroll Accounting- Home Office Accounting.


  1. Accounting will process the reimbursement and include this on the next payroll.



  1. You will then see the reimbursement listed on your next payroll statement.


I work in a Department that does not require a uniform however I would like to order some items?
If your position does not have an enforced uniform, you may purchase any item from our current selection. Do not order from our Personal Training uniforms as all of these items have the Personal Trainer logo printed.


Can we purchase any other Reebok products?
Yes! Reebok has selected some bottoms that can be paired with your uniforms and are offering a great discount for GoodLife Associates! You will also have access to all other Reebok products including apparel, footwear and accessories at 25% off.

 LMI products with specific logos will be available for purchase by certified instructors. However if you like the style of clothing they will be available for purchase on the Reebok website without the logo.



What can I wear if my measurements are smaller/exceed those shown on the sizing chart?

If your measurements are smaller than or exceed those shown on the sizing chart, you may wear your own shirt in the same colour and similar style as your uniform. We apologize if we are unable to accommodate you. Unfortunately, Reebok is not able to accommodate specializing sizing of clothing.



How are the sizing charts determined?

The sizing chart is something provided to Reebok by their global team. It covers all sizes available. Reebok provides us with the sizes that are made available in Canada. You can find these sizing charts further down the page once you have selected your product.


Female Associates who are expecting a baby:
Associates expecting a baby can order the largest size available in their particular uniform style. If you can no longer comfortably wear the uniform, Associates can purchase a maternity shirt in the same colour as the Reebok uniform provided they are wearing their name tag and the appropriate bottoms as per the Uniform policy. We apologize if we are unable to accommodate you.


If I am a female Associate and my inseam exceeds 32”. What are my options? 

All Reebok Women’s pants offer an inseam of 32"; if you require a longer inseam, please buy a plain black pant instead that fits your leg length properly. If your inseam is significantly less that 32” you may have your pants hemmed at your own cost.

Reebok PlayDRY fabric technology is an innovative moisture wicking system that helps keep your skin dry by pulling sweat away from the body, resulting in a cool and comfortable feel.


Washing/Care Instructions:

Machine wash cold with like colors

Do not use fabric softener (fabric softener will severely shorten the lifespan)

Do not bleach

Tumble dry low (High heat in the dryer reduces lifespan)

Cool iron

Do not dry clean


Why use PlayDRY?

No matter what sport you’re into, Reebok PlayDRY lets you be active while staying dry.  The PlayDRY technology moves moisture, accelerates evaporation, increases ventilation and reduces abrasion without trapping the body’s thermal energy.



Payments & Refunds

How are shipping charges calculated?
Reebok offers free delivery for all orders over $50. Standard delivery fees are $4.50 for orders less than $50. Please check in the footer for the Shipping & Delivery policy under the Customer Service section.

How do I exchange my uniform if it does not fit and I need a different size?
Reebok does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our Return Policy. Please check in the footer for the Return Policy under the Customer Service section.


Returns and Exchanges
There have been many returns that have been unavailable for pick-up from UPS as the location for pick-up has been the Club location. Frequently, when UPS arrives at the club, the uniform is not at the Front Desk for pick-up nor does the Motivator or GM know who the uniform pick-up is for or the whereabouts of the uniform. The result of this is that UPS leaves (and will not return) and your uniform exchange cannot be processed.

Note – If you process for a return and you use the Club address, you must have the uniform at the Front Desk in a specific spot, clearly marked for pick-up THAT SAME DAY that you process the request for pick-up. UPS will arrive at the club within 24 hrs of your request being processed.
** This is NOT the same courier company that picks up for Home office daily at the Club. **

How can I print a copy of my receipt?
You will need an email address. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is your receipt.
