Reebok products are warranted against materials and manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless the product is marked otherwise. A copy of your sales receipt will be required in order to validate your purchase details. This warranty does not cover damage that:
• occurs during transport or while in storage,
• results from misuse of the product,
• improper fitting or sizing of products, or
• results from normal wear and tear.
Reebok is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product. Our liability extends to the original purchase only and is limited to the replacement of the defective product.
We will replace products we determine to be defective with an identical item or a substitute of similar value should the style returned no longer be available. Please understand that at no time can we guarantee replacement of the style or color that you originally returned.
Reebok Canada will not replace:
• Merchandise obtained from a source other than an authorized Reebok dealer.
• Damaged products due to abuse or negligence which includes, but is not limited to, exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.,
• Products damaged due to misuse, which includes, but is not limited to, the use of running shoes for court sports, hiking footwear as work boots, etc.
• Products returned without proof of purchase.
• Products returned without the issuance of a return authorization number.
Under garments and bathing suit bottoms are not covered under warranty.
Reebok Canada does not offer refunds or vouchers for any products returned.
All shipping costs associated with the return of a product due to warranty are the responsiblilty of the consumer. Subsequently, Reebok will cover the cost of freight of products returned to the consumer.
Reebok is not responsible for products lost in transit. Proof of delivery rests with the customer and their carrier.
What is the return procedure?
A: Please call Consumer Relations at 1-800-668-1800 Monday- Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST to set up a return authorization. Please make sure that you have the article number of the product available when calling, which can often be found on the side-seam tag of apparel items and/or under the tongue of footwear.
How long is the return procedure?
A: Please allow 14 days for the warranty department to receive and process your return. Some circumstances may take longer.
If I purchased an Reebok product outside of Canada, is it still under warranty?
A: Yes, we will honor the warranty in accordance to our Canadian warranty policy.
Can I return a defective item to any store that carries Reebok products?
A: We recommend that you return the product to the retail location where it was initially purchased. If the retail location will not accept your return, please contact the Reebok Consumer Relations number at 1-800-668-1800.
If I have a complaint about a retail store I visited, who should I contact?
A: For concerns or feeback you may have related to a retail experience, please contact Reebok Consumer Relations at 1-855-823-4327.
What is the best way to return my parcel for warranty to ensure it arrives at the right location?
A: We recommend you return your parcel using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, Purolator or UPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
